Our approach
Our approach was to amp up member engagement, especially among the young crowd, while tackling the super gender gap head-on. Armed with our deep knowledge in UX , we devised a member journey enabling direct comparison of super balances with peers, tapping into the proven efficacy of peer comparison to drive increased engagement whilst making financial lingo way more digestible!
Our solution
We developed an intuitive engagement tool requiring just two inputs – age and super balance. This nifty tool crunches the numbers and reveals how your super stacks up against both genders in your age bracket, all based on reliable ATO taxation statistics.
Our tool sheds light on a sobering statistic: women typically retire with 23% less super than men. With this tool, we want to empower CFS members to gauge their super standing compared to fellow Australians and take proactive steps if they’re behind. It’s all about knowing where you stand and taking charge of your financial future!
