Flex Insurance was a new brand with a new insurance product offering and needed a website to launch the brand. Flex offers tailored insurance cover for self-managed strata associations. It was important that the website clearly communicate what can be a complicated product, made even more complicated by the tailored cover option.
Flex needed a website that would provide a simple explanation of its complicated product offering and a seamless journey from product education to purchase. By filling the knowledge gap that existed between the thousands of strata committee members around Australia and the requirements of strata insurance, Flex could create a closer link between its business and its new and existing customers. The company also required an easy-to-use CMS and the flexibility to create different types of content to serve diverse audience segments.
SGY created illustrated design elements, clear iconography and interactive infographics to communicate Flex’s often complex offering. Conversion focused user journeys funnel users from key landing pages and content to the quote enquiry form. The Flex Insurance brand has gone from strength-to-strength since the launch of the website, with high online conversion rates helping to drive the brand’s growth.
